What to expect

There is no standard delivery charge on accepted orders within Canada. The usual timetable is 1–2 business days to process the order plus 4–6 business days after dispatch, making 5–8 business days in total. A delivered item can be considered for a no-reason return or exchange during the following 30 days. Contact us during that window to start the arrangement. Our store covers the cost of sending back approved returns and exchanges. We arrange a prepaid return label or another free option, without any restocking fee.

Information and assistance

For an existing order, provide its confirmation number and a short explanation of the issue. Shopping enquiries can instead include the relevant product page. We help you review the information relevant to your purchase and explain the next steps when an order needs attention.
